   Image to 3D keeps the whole photo

   Fixed

   A portrait or landscape upload used to look cropped in the source panel, and the mesh came back the same way because the generator centre-cropped to a square.

   • Source preview shows the full image (letterboxed), with pixel size next to the file name.
   • The native file picker no longer leaks a ‘No file chosen’ label over the drop zone.
   • The generation pool pads to 1024×1024 instead of cropping, so heads and feet stay in the mesh.
   • History cards for Image to 3D show the source thumbnail instead of an empty sparkle.

2. 29 Oct 2026

   Homepage, History and studio stills catch up with Image to 3D

   Changed

   The public site and the studio shelf now treat the generator as a first-class tool, not a hidden third tab.

   • Homepage FAQ, hero and tool tiles name Image to 3D (beta) next to the two grabbers.
   • History lists generate jobs beside Meshy and Tripo links; Open restores the job via /app/generate?task=.
   • Four studio stills — paste, preview, drop, shelf — sit on the homepage below the gallery.

3. 27 Oct 2026

   Image to 3D enters beta

   Added

   One upload in, one textured GLB out. The generator runs beside the two grabbers on the same account and the same credit.

   • /app/generate workspace: drop, click or paste a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 10 MB, optional prompt.
   • Job ledger on the account: queue position, live progress, files, credit held or refunded.
   • Generated meshes open in the same viewport, then convert to FBX, OBJ, STL and 3MF in the tab.
   • A job that fails at the model is refunded exactly once, even if the tab retries the poll.

4. 27 Oct 2026

   Self-serve privacy: export and delete

   Added

   Your data stopped requiring a support ticket.

   • Studio → Settings → Export my data downloads every record we hold as JSON.
   • Settings → Delete account removes the account, history, cached covers, wallet and job ledgers.
   • Settled payments stay as anonymised accounting entries, as the privacy policy states.
   • New /legal/dmca: notice requirements, counter-notice and the designated agent.

   Social previews and crawl hygiene

   Fixed

   Every share looked broken because the declared image size was a lie and the previews were square.

   • Open Graph cards are generated at 1200×630 for the homepage, both grabbers, Image to 3D, every guide and every converter.
   • Removed the static 1280×720 photo declared to networks as 1920×1080.
   • Sitemap is now built from the same registries the pages render from, with tests that fail if a page is missing.
   • Meta descriptions trimmed to the length Google actually shows.

6. 26 Oct 2026

   Wallet billing with operator review

   Added

   Money in, plan on, with a human checking the deposit when the bank relay cannot name the payer.

   • VietQR and Binance/USDT top-ups, plans bought from the balance in one click.
   • One live payment per account, and a per-click idempotency key so a retry is never charged twice.
   • An unidentified Binance transfer is parked for review instead of credited to whoever holds the matching order.

7. 24 Oct 2026

   Google sign-in, real quota, Docker deploy

   Changed

   The account layer moved from a dev email form to a real identity and a quota that can be sold.

   • OAuth 2.0 with PKCE. No passwords stored; the session is a signed http-only cookie.
   • Credits reserved per job and released when the engine fails; a link reopened within 24h is free.
   • web + engine + /data volume compose deploy, with a boot check that refuses to start misconfigured.
